It is headquartered in London with offices in New York and Singapore.How you will create an impactYou will be part of a team that is a long-term leader in the market, adding value to our global broker partners and clients through: Multinational fronting and captive management services, claims expertise and engineering services.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Attend broker meetings, client meetings, facilitation of company events and business-related travel.
  • Portfolio management
  • Day to day servicing and underwriting of the portfolio.
  • Partnering with internal teams to drive portfolio performance, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Developing broker and client relationships by being market facing, developing new business in the process.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Upstream underwriting experience
  • Knowledge of Upstream products.
  • Chartered Insurance Institute – Advanced Diploma or educated to degree level preferred.
  • Able to operate independently with little direction or guidance. Self-reliance, use of initiative – a “self-starter”.
  • Able to prioritise.
  • Strong team working approach.
  • Verbal, written and professional presence and ability to communicate at all levels with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including strong documentation skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to summarise
  • Ability to understand problems and issues quickly
  • Positive “can do” approach
  • Calm, rational and methodical approach.
