Temp FM (3 months min), London SE23, £39,800 pro rataA well know charity, based in the Forest Hill area of South-East London, is recruiting a facilities manager for a 3 month fixed term contract (with possible extensions). The temp FM will cover whilst a permanent FM is recruited - and the temp can, of course, apply for the permanent role.The FM is responsible for a team of hard and soft facilities operatives, ensuring the site is clean, well maintained and safe for staff and visitors.The organisation are located in a historic building and gardens and experience of working within listed buildings is advantageous.Occasional out of hours on-call requirement.Minimum 3 years experience working as an FM and a IOSH H&S qualification is essentialA pro rata salary of £39800 is offered
