The latest technology and innovative new products are in every home.ABOUT THE ROLEDue to continued growth, our client are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, procurement, and commercial control across several premium residential projects in Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas.You will play a pivotal role from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with in-house teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure each project is delivered on budget, on time, and to exacting standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cost planning and procurement for high-end residential projects
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
  • Oversee tendering and contract negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress, variations, and valuations
  • Ensure compliance with contracts and commercial governance
  • Work collaboratively with internal colleagues
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with strong residential experience
  • Proven track record in high-end or bespoke residential developments
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field (RICS membership desirable)
  • Detail-oriented with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
REWARDS AND BENEFITSSalary will be in the region of £80,000 DOE. They also offer a personalised bonus scheme reflective of both the business success and the individual's progress.
