Full-time, long-term position starting September 2025
Earn up to £560 per week
Work in one primary school setting in Leeds (West Yorkshire)
Support children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, providing both academic and emotional assistance
Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions to boost confidence, learning, and wellbeing
Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
Opportunity to support children with SEN, behavioural, or emotional needs
Teacher training pathways available from 2026

What We’re Looking For

A 2:1 or higher in Psychology (or a closely related subject)
Experience working with children (school-based, volunteering, or youth work) is highly desirable
A genuine passion for supporting children’s development, particularly in SEN, behaviour support, or child mental health
Empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to making a positive impact
