- Perform routine and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other engineers to coordinate repairs and upgrades.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Support energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability goals.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- Proven experience in commercial electrical maintenance.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Full UK driving licence
- ECS/CSCS card (preferred).
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
- PAT Testing qualification.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
- IPAF or PASMA certification.
