Are you a confident and experienced Employee Relations professional ready to take on a challenging, rewarding interim role at the heart of public service?We are seeking a dedicated Employee Relations (ER) Manager to lead the ER within a London based Public Sector orgainsation. This is an interim opportunity, offering a hybrid working model and the chance to make a tangible impact on our workforce and community.You’ll be responsible for managing a team and handling complex, high-volume casework – including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and conduct issues – with a strong focus on outcomes that balance legal compliance, organisational risk, and employee wellbeing.You will lead, coach, and develop a team of ER & Resolution Advisors and manage a caseload of complex and high-risk ER issues, including cases progressing to Employment Tribunal.It is essential you are experienced in service improvement and case management tracking and triage and must be able to start with 2 weeks.Public sector experience is welcomed but not essential – we value transferable expertise.If you’re an experienced ER professional who thrives in a unisionsed, complex environment and wants to make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
