Aria Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Head Chef to create fresh, nutritious meals for the residents of Garth House, a 39-bedded nursing, residential, and dementia care home in Dorking, Surrey. The role offers a competitive pay rate of £17.90 per hour, with full-time hours and alternate weekend work. The successful candidate will lead by example, mentor their team, and showcase their creative flair to provide high-level hospitality.Main duties of the jobAs the Head Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving fresh, nutritious meals using the best available ingredients. You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of culinary expertise, a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, and the ability to mentor and guide your team.
