Managed Services Pre-Sales ConsultantRemote / Client SiteA Pre-Sales Consultant in the Managed Services Cloud space to act as a technical expert, bridging the gap between sales and technical teams, by understanding client needs, designing solutions, and supporting the sales process, ultimately ensuring successful private and hybrid Cloud deployments and managed services implementations.Key Responsibilities:Understanding Client Needs:Actively engage with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals related to cloud and managed services.Solution Design:Develop and present tailored solutions, including cloud infrastructure, managed services, and related technologies, to meet client needs.Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to prospective clients.Technical Expertise:Possess a strong technical background in cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.Design and architect solutions that address client needs, incorporating best practices.Sales Support:Collaborate with sales teams to support the sales process, including preparing presentations, demos, and proposals for customised IT managed services solutions.Create detailed proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation to support the sales process.Client Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and provide expert advice on optimal solutions.Technical Guidance:Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.Coordinate with service transition to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
