Salary: £30,000 per annum (£14.82 per hour)
Contract: Term-Time Only (46 working weeks) – paid across 12 monthsHours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week | 5 days over 7 | Shifts between 06:00 – 20:00Love Cooking, But Tired of Late Nights? With a term-time only contract and no late-night shifts, this is your chance to build a rewarding career in a supportive and balanced environment.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
  • Follow recipe cards to deliver consistent, creative dishes across all services
  • Support and guide junior team members to maintain high kitchen standards
  • Take ownership of stock management, food ordering, and delivery checks
  • Ensure daily hygiene, food safety records, and cleaning schedules are completed
  • Take part in occasional fine dining events (paid at a higher hourly rate)
What We’re Looking For:
  • A relevant culinary qualification (e.g. 706/1, 706/2, or equivalent)
  • Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Proven experience in a busy kitchen and a passion for producing great food
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive mindset
  • Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check as part of our safeguarding process
