- Lead, support, and motivate a small removals team to complete jobs professionally and on schedule
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport household and commercial goods.
- Ensure daily job briefs are followed, managing on-site tasks and problem-solving where needed.
- Wrap, pack, and protect furniture and belongings before loading and unloading.
- Plan routes effectively to meet schedules and customer expectations.
- Conduct pre and post trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during jobs, representing the company with professionalism
- Uphold company procedures, health and safety standards, and a strong team culture.
- A valid UK driving licence (Category B essential, Category C/C1 desirable).
- Previous experience in removals, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and guide a team.
- Excellent customer service and a professional, can do attitude.
- Physically fit, with the ability to safely lift and move heavy items.
- Organised, reliable, and solution focused.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including weekdays and weekends.
