Known for delivering efficient, stress-free services to our clients, backed by our dedicated and experienced team.Overview of the role as Removals Supervisor:We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Driver Supervisor to lead our small but growing removals team in Scotland. This is a hands-on role combining driving and removals work with day-to-day team supervision and client coordination. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality services to our customers while supporting the operational success and growth of the region.This position would suit someone with removals or logistics experience who is ready to step into a leadership role, or a current team leader looking for a new challenge with a business that values reliability, teamwork, and high standards.Responsibilities as a Removals Supervisor:
  • Lead, support, and motivate a small removals team to complete jobs professionally and on schedule
  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport household and commercial goods.
  • Ensure daily job briefs are followed, managing on-site tasks and problem-solving where needed.
  • Wrap, pack, and protect furniture and belongings before loading and unloading.
  • Plan routes effectively to meet schedules and customer expectations.
  • Conduct pre and post trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during jobs, representing the company with professionalism
  • Uphold company procedures, health and safety standards, and a strong team culture.
Experience needed to be successful in the role as Removals Supervisor:
  • A valid UK driving licence (Category B essential, Category C/C1 desirable).
  • Previous experience in removals, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and guide a team.
  • Excellent customer service and a professional, can do attitude.
  • Physically fit, with the ability to safely lift and move heavy items.
  • Organised, reliable, and solution focused.
  • Willingness to work flexibly, including weekdays and weekends.
