WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?
  • £28,851.00 per annum. OTE circa £31,000 per annum (including standby payments)
  • Fixed Term Positions; Temporary positions to 31st March
  • 37 per week, Monday to Friday
  • Ashington location – however field based
  • 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) for full time employees; pro-rata to part time employees

  • Assisting trade staff to undertaking all types of work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service
THE PERSON
  • Required to have good general trade skills
  • CSCS card as appropriate to the role
  • Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment
  • Adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate with effectively
  • To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies
  • To understand risk assessments
  • Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.
  • A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
  • Please note you will be required to drive for business, this forms a requirement of the role.You will be required to hold a current and valid driving licence
