- Provide expert advice and where required, helping the client manage and understand their legal responsibilities, in accordance with CDM regulations
- Establishing positive relations with existing and new clients to gain confidence and become a trusted advocate
- Representing Turner & Townsend in a professional and diligent manner including meeting, negotiating, and corresponding with Clients in a timely manner
- Contribution to all commissions, where responsibility is assigned, to ensure both Client's expectations / scope of service and the requirements of Turner & Townsend's business management system are effectively discharged
- Carrying out H&S performance reviews, audits etc. on behalf of the Client
- Knowledge and experience within the Construction Industry, specifically around the CDM Regulations
- Experience of a diverse range of industry sectors desired
- Experience as a CDM Principal Designer would be an advantage, but not essential
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to effectively plan and organise own workload to meet deadlines
- Good IT skills to generate reports and documents - essential

- Full UK driving licence
- NEBOSH Diploma Level (or equivalent)
