- Sending invoices and raising purchase orders
- Reconciling bank statements and daily revenue
- Posting supplier invoices and running payment cycles
- Managing credit control and chasing late payments
- Supporting with year-end close and audits
- Spotting opportunities to improve processes
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Someone who enjoys learning and growing in their role
- Understanding of debits, credits, and high-volume transactions
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Attention to detail and great organisation
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
