
Sr. Manager, People Partnerships (EMEA)

- Play a critical role on People & Culture (P&C) leadership team, helping set HR strategy across the organisation and serving as the People Business Partner for the EMEA leadership and teams
- Function as a subject matter expert for EMEA HR practices and employment laws and ensures compliance and adaptation in-region for HR program support and cultural resonance.
- Effectively leads and manages a team of People Business Partners
- Lead a team that supports complex organisational and talent issues - identifying, monitoring, and reporting on trends early, mapping out solutions, and executing against the best solutions for the organisation and its employees
- Lead change management and culture work across the business
- Model, lead and enable PBPs to coach people leaders regarding team effectiveness, change management, and leadership
- Partner with P&C Centers of Excellence (compensation, talent management, recruiting, etc.) to ensure that HR programs and processes are aligned with the business needs and are well executed
- Identify and support business initiatives with related HR & people needs; ensure delivery & successful implementation of all HR programs
- Support the implementation and adoption of organisation's HR programs, procedures, policy and practice
- Motivate, challenge and inspire employees to achieve business objectives
- Oversee training and development of team members and make effective staffing decisions
- Promote and ensure the completion of the organisation's performance management process
- Provide coaching, direction and leadership support to employees in order to achieve department, organisation, and customer results
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent years of relatable experience; advanced degree a plus
- Progressive HR experience, with a combination of direct client support, people leadership, and management coaching experience
- Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with individuals inside and outside Smartsheet in a way consistent with our values and commitment to service
- Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations and change management
- Direct, approachable, and clear written and verbal communicator
- Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, demonstrate good personal judgment, and effectively handle tasks under pressure
- Flexibility in handling workload fluctuations and multiple requests
- Acute understanding of confidentiality and access to sensitive information
- Advanced level of proficiency using Microsoft Office and Google for Work preferred
- Experience with Smartsheet and Workday preferred
