
Employment Tax Manager

- Advising on employment tax matters (PAYE, National Insurance, CIS, expatriate tax)
- Ensuring HMRC compliance and managing reporting obligations
- Collaborating with HR, Finance, Legal, and external advisors
- Conducting risk reviews and audits
- Keeping policies up to date with evolving tax legislation
- Training HR and Payroll teams on PAYE tax, National Insurance and global mobility
- Supporting strategic initiatives and due diligence processes
- Advising on IR35, off-payroll working, and Construction Industry Scheme compliance
- Structuring tax-efficient termination payments and remuneration packages
- ACA, ACCA, CTA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in employment tax
- Strong knowledge of P11D, PSA, and UK employment tax legislation
- Knowledge of Global Mobility is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach
