- Lead and manage the repairs and maintenance service for the organisation.
- Manage the Voids & Planned work stream.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the property department.
- Engage with stakeholders to improve service delivery.
- Monitor and report on department performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Represent the organisation at industry events and forums.
- A tertiary qualification in property management or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a large team.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of the Not for Profit and Housing Sector.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
- A competitive daily rate outside IR35
