- Deliver effective remote and in-person assistive technology training.
- Adapt teaching styles to individual learner requirements.
- Maintain accurate student records and all training documentation.
- Mentor students to build their confidence and independence with technology.
- Collaborate with all partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- A degree-level qualification.
- Proven experience training users on assistive technology.
- Hands-on knowledge of major AT software (e.g., Dragon, Read&Write).
- Experience providing 1:1 support to individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage a caseload.
- A full, clean UK Driving Licence.
- Patient, empathetic, and highly adaptable.
- A logical problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
- Punctual, flexible, and student-focused.
