- Deliver a minimum number of STRONG Pilates classes.
- Give clients personal attention during class, ensure that your cueing is clear, precise and easy to follow, ensure clients are using correct form at all times
- Know clients' injuries before class so that you can modify where need be
- Inspire and promote an energetic environment
- Balance teaching, changing lights and music during class all while staying on top of your timing and programming for the day.
- Ensure each client has appropriate dress code and is familiarised with the Rowformer prior to class
- Be the face of STRONG Nottingham
- Welcome clients by name
- Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clients
- Ability to develop STRONG relationships with clients
- Ensure client profiles are up to date
- Continue to build the community culture of STRONG
- Assist in the sale of memberships, merchandise, and other offerings
- Involvement in the Nottingham community to build the STRONG brand
- Maintain upkeep of the studio between classes including cleanliness, Rowformers, washing/soaking of eucalyptus towels, sock wash
- Take pride in the studio and ensure your team of instructors follows your lead.
- Complete all client interactions from walk in's, phone and email
- Manage the @strong Nottingham
- Instagram and Facebook pages
- Assist in generating and converting membership sales
- Assist in proactive strategies in relation to marketing, training and staff development
- HAPANA management including class scheduling, member suspensions, new client activations
- Staff rostering and general communication with your team
- Basic marketing for the studio including sending our EDM newsletters
- Show leadership and initiative and be a leader for your team.
