Vehicle Technician required for Independent Garage in Cambridge
  • Up to £45,000 Basic Salary (Negotiable)
  • Monday to Friday Only

Look no further!Our client, a well-established and independently owned garage in Cambridge, is on the hunt for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their close-knit team. With no weekend work and a negotiable salary of up to £45,000, this is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a healthy work-life balance while continuing to grow your automotive career.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs to manufacturer and company standards
  • Servicing vehicles and performing routine maintenance
  • Reporting on vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance
  • Ensuring all work meets quality and compliance standards
  • Liaising with the Workshop Foreman as required
What We're Looking For:
  • Fully qualified to NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent)
  • OR extensive hands-on experience as a Car Technician / Mechanic
  • A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • MOT Smart Card - highly desirable but not essential
  • A positive attitude and team-player mentality
