- Responsible for achievement of overall regional UK&I annual Target Business Plan incl. indirect sales via system partners located outside the UK&I
- Defining & executing regional sales strategy to further develop and expand ELY business in alignment with global customer and product strategy
- Set up, expand, and develop relationships at all customer levels and within the Bosch regional organisation while being highly visible accessible, and accountable to customers, sales team, and cross-functional areas.
- Market screening, identification and acquisition (support) of green hydrogen projects and public funding opportunities. In doing so, you will ensure compliance with our corporate objectives regarding budgets, quality, risk, results, and scheduling.
- Successful Bosch internal stakeholder management by creating, coordinating, presenting, communicating, and ultimately leading/supporting high-quality bids for hydrogen projects using our Bosch electrolysis stacks for international customers through to successful contract signing.
- Collecting constant feedback from customers and internal teams to evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of bids and the entire process.
- Regional responsibility for marketing of ELY business in close alignment with central marketing team
- Regional representative of ELY business towards public & governmental authorities and stand in, together with regional external affairs functions, for Bosch’s perspective in topics of regulatory framework and public funding
- Extensive experience in the energy sector with a network of contacts across UK&I
- Deep understanding of the hydrogen value chain
- 8+ years of sales/business development experience with proven results
- Undergraduate degree in business, energy or related subject
- Ability to collaborate cross-regionally with system partners located outside the UK&I
- Positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working in a sales role within the hydrogen value chain
- Experience developing and growing C-Level relationships
- Experience working with nascent products/services in new markets
