This role offers the opportunity to manage a small team and collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic outcomes.Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare timely and accurate management accounts for core business units
  • Analyse and interpret financial variances against budgets and forecasts
  • Oversee the production and review of balance sheet reconciliations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Liaise with external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams including finance, operations, procurement, and legal to support business goals
  • Present complex financial insights to senior stakeholders in a clear and actionable format
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial integrity
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes
