Job DescriptionEuropcar is looking for Customer Service AgentWorking hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30-17:30.What we can offer you:Competitive Basic SalaryStarting on 6 weeks holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with length of servicePension and a life insurance schemeEnhanced Maternity and Adoption Leave (subject to service and earning qualifications)Discounted car hire rates across our network20% discount on EE mobile phone contracts*Discounted hotel rates through the Accor Group after 12 months service*Cycle2Work*Free annual eye testsConfidential legal and support service through BUPACareer progression and development*forms part of current non contractual benefit offeringMain Tasks and Responsibilities:To maintain a high quality of Customer Service recognising the Company’s values and objectives.Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all of our internal and external customersAssisting our customers during their live rentalProvide technical support where necessaryTo act as the day-to-day liaison for the Customer and Europcar branches to ensure smooth running of our servicesEnsuring contractual SLAs are exceeded as specified within our T&Cs and Corporate contractsComplete security of all Europcar policies and rental ratesEnsure any system issues / contract discrepancies are brought to the attention of the Team Leader / Line Manager at the earliest opportunityEnsure that a professional and courteous image is portrayed at all times, both personally and in attitude and appearance in the work areaTo complete any other reasonable duties requested by your Team Leader and/or Line ManagerThe ability to demonstrate excellent customer service approach and work with strong organisational and prioritisation skillsProactive extension and collection reservation management for all COI accountsWorking with all accounts to manage overdues and proactively help keep rentals up to dateAssisting with fulfilment by liaising with Ops and the client/AccountAct as central point of contact for reservation and rental queries for the customer and OperationsTaking ownership of queries until resolvedProactive approach to a smooth customer journeySkills/Essentials:Excellent administrative skills, communication and attention to detailHigh quality standardsFirst class IT - knowledge of all Microsoft and Google packagesAble to work using own initiative as well as ability to work within a teamHighly results drivenCustomer centric approachConfidence to work across all levels of the businessPractically minded: able to roll sleeves up and get stuck inAvailable to work overtime when requestedProactive approach to tasksWork well under pressure and achieve deadlines: excellent time managementTake ownership - for all tasks and duties designated to youReliable and punctualIf you believe you have what it takes to become a successful Customer Service Agent within Europcar, then please apply today!Agencies - Please do not send any speculative candidates or CVs in response to this advert.
