What Will You Do?
  • Lead audit fieldwork and manage the workflow of audit teams
  • Review outputs and reports before issuing to clients with minimal guidance
  • Identify audit issues and propose practical, commercial solutions
  • Support, coach, and mentor junior team members
  • Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact
  • Oversee compliance and provide technical support on audit matters
What Are We Looking For?
  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • 3-4 years' experience in an audit environment
  • Strong organisational skills and experience managing multiple assignments to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Ability to motivate and develop others within a team setting
  • Proactive and commercially aware
