NottinghamshireAre you an experienced and established HR professional with a passion for driving cultural transformation and strategic growth?We are working with a growing organisation seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead its people strategy and support business growth. This is a stand-alone role with responsibility for shaping HR practices, culture, and policies across the business.What will the role involve?
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver HR strategy and best practice
- Provide guidance on all HR matters including employee relations, performance and workforce planning
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to exit
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and systems
- Lead on talent attraction, learning and development, and succession planning
- Support cultural change initiatives and employee engagement
- Ensure payroll and HR processes run smoothly and effectively
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role (Head of HR/Head of People/HR Director or similar)
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of HR legislation, practices and processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident with HR systems and Microsoft Office
