If you're passionate about creativity, sustainability, and delivering world-class design, this opportunity is for you.What You Will Do:- Lead the design and development of sustainable and innovative colour and materials solutions for both interior and exterior vehicle applications.- Create and realise proof-of-concept designs, pushing the boundaries of material technology and aesthetic appeal.- Participate in weekly design reviews, presenting ideas and solutions while collaborating with senior designers and stakeholders.- Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.- Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the company remains a leader in design innovation and sustainability.- Work independently to deliver projects on time, meeting design, feasibility, and cost requirements.What You Will Bring:- Proven creative and presentation skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.- In-depth knowledge of automotive materials, processes, and suppliers, as well as a keen awareness of competitors.- Advanced proficiency in Adobe software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.- A passion for colour and material design, backed by a solid understanding of industry trends and innovations.- Extensive relevant Automotive experience, with the ability to plan and execute projects independently while mentoring others.In this role, you'll contribute to a company that is committed to reimagining modern luxury through sustainability.
