We are currently seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join a range of secondary schools across Lincolnshire. If you are dedicated to supporting student learning and making a positive impact, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons
  • Provide targeted support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN)
  • Assist with classroom management and organization
  • Support students' social and emotional development
  • HLTA roles may involve leading classes and covering lessons in the absence of the teacher
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
  • For HLTAs, relevant qualifications and experience are required (e.g., HLTA status, QTS, or equivalent)
  • A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
