You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement, ensuring your career development is supported every step of the way.What You Will Do:- Develop and champion the Electrical Efficiency Vision, representing customer needs throughout the feature development process while prioritising energy and efficiency.- Create visualisation tools to present electrical energy management data effectively and communicate strategies to stakeholders across all levels.- Build strong relationships across teams, acting as the primary liaison for Electrical Energy Management, ensuring alignment and consistency in requirements.- Track and manage changes impacting vehicle programmes, updating requirements and communicating changes effectively.- Lead the integration of power supply systems with a focus on efficiency, ensuring technical feasibility and programme timelines are met.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the seamless execution of systems engineering principles and processes.What You Will Bring:- Expertise in power supply systems and electrical architectures.- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.- Solid knowledge of feature development and integration in automotive systems.- Understanding of systems engineering principles and the V-model development framework.- Experience with CAE modelling toolsets or requirements management tools such as Dassault TRM or IBM DOORS (desirable).This role is pivotal to the company's commitment to delivering innovative and efficient solutions.
