An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 10 month secondment based in the specialist adult support team where we work with adult with learning disabilities and complex physical needs to live full and thriving lives.The post holder will support and deliver inclusive and person-centred opportunities for adults with a learning disability with complex and / or challenging needs within community specialised building provision and other community settings.They will enable adults to take part in meaningful activities, which meets their assessed needs, promoting independence, well-being, inclusion and choice and control.If you think this is for you please read the job and person specification and we'd love to hear from you.We are collectively organised around the people and place of North Lincolnshire.
