This is to join their team due to continued success.Our client is offering a personal injury solicitor a fantastic opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality caseload (both pre-litigation and litigated files) where you will be managing your own caseload of high quality (defender) personal injury cases – RTA, EL/PL, Fraud etc.Court litigation experience including an understanding of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures and experience in working with and instructing counsel would be highly desirable. Ideally the successful candidate will have gained experience of assisting on large cases in a team environment.
