- Support teachers in the delivery of high-quality lessons across a range of subjects
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning and offer targeted support
- Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
- Assist with planning, lesson resources, and marking
- Contribute to the wider school community and participate in extracurricular activities
- Gain hands-on experience and insight into the day-to-day life of a teacher
- Have completed a degree or currently studying at university (final-year students welcome)
- Must be considering a career in teaching or planning to pursue teacher training
- Reside in the UK and have the right to work
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience working with children or in a school setting is advantageous but not essential
