We are seeking an AD Operative to join our team based in Northampton. This is a hands on role working within our anaerobic digestion plant, supporting daily operations and ensuring the safe and efficient running of machinery. You will be part of a hardworking team with opportunities for career progression and development.The Company:

- Basic farm knowledge
- Experience operating machinery, ideally a telehandler
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learnThe Package:
- Basic salary: £37,000
- Overtime available, with potential OTE £50,000
- 50 hour working week
- 1 in 3 weekends on a rota basis
- On call rota in place
