- Full registration with GMC
- CCT in radiology (or within 6 months at time of interview)
- Reporting A&E, GP, inpatient and out- patient plain radiograph examinations
- Reporting of MRI and CT examinations including general CT
- Performing and reporting of general ultrasounds examinations
- Ability to take full and independent clinical responsibility
- Experience of teaching undergraduates, postgraduates and trainee specialists
- Experience in Lymphoma MDT
- Basic biopsy and drainage procedures
- Able to evaluate own radiological practice
- Independent in general fluoroscopy (GI/GU)
- Experience in contrast ultrasound
- Experience in CT colon reporting
- Computer, PACS and VR software literate
- Knowledge of legislation relating to radiology e.g. IR(ME)R 2000
- Understand the principles of Clinical Governance
- Ability to work with colleagues as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
- Commitment to CPD and teaching
- Enthusiasm
- An awareness of own strengths and weaknesses
- Approachability
- Active interest in research, audit, clinical governance and teaching
