Do it Right. Dare to be Different.Your Background / Skills: Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Relationship Building, Team Collaboration, Microsoft Excel.Your Skills:
- Must be able to handle the full AR lifecycle: invoicing, billing, receivables, etc.
- Well-rounded experience - multi-skilled AR specialist (not limited to just invoicing or collections).
- NetSuite experience (or similar ERP system) is important.
- Experience with software subscription billing.
- Must be comfortable managing high volume, low value transactions - a growing need as the business scales.
- Manage invoicing, cash collection, and reconciliations across multiple entities
- Proactively follow up on aged debt and overdue accounts
- Handle billing queries, disputes, and credit notes with professionalism
- Maintain accurate customer records and AR reports
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Support and Finance teams
- Support month-end close and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to customer meetings and internal process development
- Help shape finance best practices across our global operations
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working independently
- Strong Excel skills and ideally familiarity with NetSuite
- A collaborative, customer-focused mindset
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- A drive for continuous learning and process improvement
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a polite, tactful, and firm manner.

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both face to face and over the phone.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in NetSuite.
