This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and support the growth of our business.Job DescriptionAs a Care Assistant at Home Instead Warrington and Lymm, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing companionship and person-centred care to clients in their homes
  • Assisting with personal care and mobility
  • Overseeing medication and offering medical support as required
  • Performing light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and meal preparation
  • Supporting clients to maintain their independence
  • Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and the care team
