What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Managing the student lettings portfolio and team performance
  • Conducting market appraisals and winning new landlord instructions
  • Driving business growth and building strong landlord relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation (especially student HMO requirements)
  • Leading and mentoring a small team of negotiators
  • Overseeing tenancy progression and renewals
  • Working closely with local universities and student housing providers
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the rental cycle
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Experience as a Lettings Manager or a Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to step up
  • Proven track record in generating and converting landlord instructions
  • Strong knowledge of the student lettings market (preferred)
  • Excellent people management and team leadership skills
  • ARLA qualified or willingness to gain qualification (desirable)
  • Familiarity with Guildford and surrounding areas
  • Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
