- Manage a caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury RTA Portal claims, following the OIC process and utilising the firm’s Case Management Systems
- Progress caseloads effectively, ensuring clients receive professional, timely and appropriate legal advice while managing expectations
- Identify cases where proceedings would be tactically beneficial and initiate litigation promptly
- Liaise efficiently with medical agencies, experts, third-party insurers and other relevant parties to ensure proactive case progression
- Previous experience managing a caseload of Fast Track RTA claims, or hands-on experience managing tasks related to such cases
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in working with case management systems and Microsoft Office
- Minimum 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
