Meta is seeking a strategic and results-focused Business Messaging Partner Manager in our global Monetization Partnerships organization. The mission of Monetization Partnerships is to be the engine for business growth and innovation through partnerships. The ecosystem of partnerships spans many countries and ranges from startup ad tech to measurement, creative, messaging, signals and commerce companies in developing markets and works as an integral aspect of Meta's multi-billion-dollar global advertising business. This role will work with some of the most influential and exciting Business Messaging partners in Europe, Middle East and Africa to drive business growth and innovation for clients and partners both in EMEA and globally. This role requires an experienced business development and partnerships professional who can work across partners, products and decision makers.Strategic Partner Manager ResponsibilitiesBe the strategic advisor to the partner's business growth to accelerate long term revenue and future-proof the strategic direction of the partnerIdentify and translate market opportunities and challenges into a well-defined strategy that will accelerate the growth of the ecosystem in Europe, Middle East and AfricaAct as CEO of the partnership - Unlock revenue and value through a thorough understanding of partner's business models, positioning and risksWork with partners, across different stages of the partnership life cycle (emerging or established) to focus on their go-to-market plans with their clients, across WhatsApp, Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger platformsMap the Messaging ecosystem to identify upcoming technological trendsProvide thought leadership on the direction of Messaging and specifically Communication platform as a ServiceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to influence partner product development efforts both shorter term feature requests and long-term strategic roadmapBecome a thought-leader and exhibit confidence in presenting Meta to C-suite executivesRepresent the team in events and evangelize the program to the industry and developer partnersDrive product adoption and growth as well as provide on-going education about new and existing Meta marketing products, especially those that leverage Application Programming Interace (API) and other advanced technologyMinimum Qualifications6+years experience in partnerships, product or sales rolesDemonstrable understanding of how technology works, including an interest for Meta products and the digital marketing landscapeProven experience in working successfully with cross-functional peers and stakeholders, both internally and externallyDemonstrable project management and quantitative analytical skills, including the building GTM (Go-To-Market) plansExperience leading and executing multiple projects in parallelExperience operating with high degree of autonomyWillingness to travel internationallyPreferred QualificationsExtensive experience in using data to come up with executive summaries and business cases that drive decision-making and investmentsExperience working directly with product teamExperience working directly with engineering teamAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
