- Contract and records management including performing analytics and reporting to optimise output from our contract management system.
- Supporting the Legal Director in managing compliance records and reporting covering issues such as IP, money laundering, litigation, whistleblowing, gifts & hospitality and conflicts.
- Managing Legal Team communication via our intranet (Loop) and delivering proactive initiatives to improve colleague awareness and reduce risk.
- Supporting in preparing team presentations and training.
- Alcohol/gaming licensing support.
- Triaging incoming communications and requests in the Legal and Data Protection mailboxes.
- Other administrative tasks such as providing audit support, invoicing, and supporting Know Your Client requests.
- Curious with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and document formats.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Previous experience in a legal support role, ideally within a fast-paced commercial environment helpful.
- Legal studies or paralegal qualification preferred but not essential.
