- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to the teaching staff
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualised education plans
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
- Previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support student learning and development
- Relevant qualifications in education, special needs, or a related field (desirable)
