- Are you passionate about engaging with children and young people who have a range of special educational needs/disabilities, to enable their meaningful participation in discussions and plans made about their education and care?
- Would you be able to write accessible resources, booklets and training related to complex SEND legislation to enable children, young people and families to be informed of their rights in relation to education.
- Are you a skilful communicator, capable of drawing out positive ways forward, maintaining clear and professional boundaries and managing realistic expectations.
- Are you able to create and build upon professional relationships with stakeholders across Norfolk to promote the service.
- Are you able to succinctly and confidently provide information, advice and support to parent/carers, children, young people and professionals through phone calls, emails and face to face adapting how you do this to make it accessible?
