Being the go-to expert for customers - handling enquiries, quotes, orders, and offering technical guidance
Managing warranty claims, returns, and customer complaints with a problem-solving mindset
Taking ownership of stock control for both internal operations and field engineers
Using your growing product knowledge to quickly and effectively meet customer needs
