In this role, you'll be a vital part of delivering exceptional food and service in a remote yet vibrant environment - where your leadership will make a real impact.Your RoleAs Relief Chef Manager, you will step in during periods of leave and absence, taking full ownership of our catering operations. Your role includes inspiring teams, delivering high-quality food, and ensuring full compliance and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and develop a high-performing catering teamDeliver large-scale catering (400+ meals per lunch/dinner service)Manage food production and service to the highest standardsBuild and maintain strong client and customer relationshipsEnsure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and environmental standardsManage stock, control costs, and complete all required financial reportingConduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed✅ What We're Looking ForProven experience managing a catering teamHands-on leadership style with a passion for food and service excellenceStrong client-facing and team-building skillsFood Safety Level 3 qualification (essential)Why Join Sodexo?When you join Sodexo, you're not just starting a job - you're becoming part of something bigger.
