- Prepare detailed cost estimates for geotechnical projects
- Analyse project requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotes
- Maintain accurate records of estimates and project costs
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents
- Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as necessary
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior managementAbout you
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of geotechnical principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
