- Support the Head of Central Operations with day-to-day coordination of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across department
- Manage and Own the PP capacity planner to ensure smooth planning and share ahead of each quarter review
- Provide flexible, handson support to the Head of Central Ops and Comms Manager on urgent priorities, initiatives, and business needs
- Capture learnings and feedback to improve future projects both for team and interdependencies
- Attend regular DBU Meetings
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Experience in project or operations management (hospitality/retail is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and project tracking tools
- Proven experience in project management or central operations roles, ideally in hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – confident preparing briefings, reports, and presentations
- Comfortable working with data and turning insights into clear recommendations or actions
- Experience working across departments and with multiple stakeholders to land projects effectively
