
Communications Intern

- Conduct research, and align with business units to write content in support of communications plans and strategic priorities
- Produce digital content, such as infographics, newsletters or other collateral to use on communications channels, featuring employees and company programs to support key initiatives and messages
- Proactively identify opportunities to include strategic messaging and content to broader internal and external audiences
- Assist with intranet management, content writing, editing, and other communication projects as needed
- Provide support for company events and/or meetings
- Support impromptu communications deliverables
- Work with employees and managers at all levels and from various sites to achieve communication goals
- Represent the organization on various internal committees/teams
- have completed a minimum of 2 years of the undergraduate degree but will not have graduated at the start of the placement.
- be enrolled at a UK university for the duration of your placement.
- have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools and web-based newsletters
- be self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
- have willingness and ability to learn from others.
- have excellent organizational, written communication, and oral communication skills.
