You can be based at one of our offices (York, London, or Swindon), work remotely as a homeworker, or follow a hybrid working arrangement. While this role offers flexibility, occasional travel to the office will be required for team meetings and connecting with colleagues. You'll provide clear, accurate information and guidance on contracts, policies, and HR and volunteering processes, and triage or escalate more complex queries.
