- Conducting property viewings and negotiating lettings deals
- Ensuring compliance with relevant lettings legislation
- Managing the lettings process from start to finish
- Building and maintaining a database of prospective tenants and landlords
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Working towards and achieving individual and team targets
- Previous experience in residential lettings
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic with a proactive 'can-do' attitude
- Highly organized, motivated, and a team player
- Excellent timekeeping and presentation
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Full UK driving license
- Professional, articulate, and well-spoken
- Competitive OTE £35,000
