Our client is a very successful law firm who are continuing to expand their presence across the region and you will play a key role in the long term future of the department. You will play a crucial role in providing support to individual and corporate clients across a wide range of practice areas.You will have the opportunity to work on diverse and interesting cases, to include:
  • Contractual disputes
  • Debt recovery
  • Bankruptcy
  • Residential and commercial Landlord & Tenant matters
  • TOLATA claims
  • Contentious probate and Inheritance Act claims
  • Professional negligence
  • Neighbour disputes
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 12 months experience
  • Strong knowledge of litigation processes and procedures
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to new challenges
