Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for your next opportunity in Stoke-on-Trent? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a trusted and supportive agency with long-standing relationships in the region.About the roleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and manage classrooms across a variety of subjects
  • Ensure students remain on task and follow the school’s behaviour policies
  • Support students with questions and manage the learning environment effectively
  • Report back to teaching staff on student progress and classroom conduct

RequirementsTo be considered for the role of Experienced cover supervisor you will:
  • Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar educational setting
  • A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar educational setting
