
Activation Manager

- Plan and execute high-impact, insight-led campaigns
- Own retailer media plans, POS, coupons & digital promotions
- Build strong retailer relationships to maximise brand visibility
- Track spend, measure ROI, and optimise performance
- Be the link between Sales & Marketing, bringing shopper insight to life
- Lead the charge on brand theatre for Deployment & Brand Days
- Degree caliber with post graduate depth of business understanding would be an advantage but not essential
- Demonstrable experience in same or similar role - in an FMCG business
- Experience working with major Grocery retailers & their media agencies
- Commercially astute with proven ability to engage & influence retail customers
- Track record of personally leading & driving business & brand growth
- Strong project management skills: the ability to manage multiple projects and delivering on time is essential.
- A passion for pets and a love of connecting brands to pet parents
- Location: Thirsk or Crick (Hybrid)
